Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
• Services: Any and all services provided by the Service Provider, including but not limited to mixing, editing, producing, and mastering.
• Client: The individual or entity receiving the Services from the Service Provider.
• Service Provider: The individual or entity providing the Services to the Client.
• Fees: The monetary compensation agreed upon for the Services rendered.
2. Payment Terms
• The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the Fees as outlined in the agreement.
• Payment for Services is due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
• Late payments are subject to an additional fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• All Fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the Client shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
• Discounts may be applied at the discretion of the Service Provider.
3. Revisions and Additional Services
• Revisions to the Services are subject to an additional fee of $10 per revision as outlined in the price guide.
• Additional Services such as adding production elements or mastering are subject to the Fees outlined in the price guide.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
• The Client may cancel the Services at any time, provided that written notice is given to the Service Provider.
• In the event of cancellation, the Client shall be responsible for payment of all Services rendered up to the date of cancellation.
• Refunds are not provided for Services that have already been rendered.
5. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes arising from or related to the Services or these payment terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
• If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiations, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration as agreed upon by the parties.
6. Governing Law
• These payment terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider operates.
7. Entire Agreement
• These payment terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
